My approach to therapy

I work with individuals, couples, and families to improve relationships, personal well-being and overall life satisfaction. With compassionate care and guidance, I am here to support you in overcoming the challenges that have you feeling stuck in life. Using your unique strengths and inner wisdom, I am honored to partner alongside you in your healing journey, and together, we can find the fulfillment, harmony and connection that you desire and deserve. I believe positive change is possible through compassion, vulnerability and awareness.

My approach is authentic, holistic and collaborative. Therapy with me is tailored to your specific needs, focuses on helping you reach your personal goals and is founded on our unique therapeutic relationship. I show up with genuine warmth, directness, a sense of humor, and a deep commitment to my clients. I believe that it is the way we respond to our life’s circumstances that ultimately determines our story. Through therapeutic exploration, we will discover what thoughts, feelings, behaviors and patterns may be holding you back, and which may be the secret to realizing your ideal life.

I am passionate about working with Latinos/Hispanics and I offer therapy services in Spanish. I love working with couples, young adults, teens and LGBTQ+ folks.

About Me

I am married, from Southern California and absolutely love living in the PNW. I am half Colombian and cherish my Latin American culture. I truly love my work as a therapist, and consider it a privilege to support each and every single one of my clients. I have learned to strongly value work-life balance. I love biking, traveling, watching movies and eating cheese. Spending quality time with my family and friends is my greatest joy. I believe humor and positivity are essential, not only in my work, but in everyday life.
